Talal Tabbakh
General Manager

Talal Tabbakh has more than 16 years of experience in project management and business development for construction and infrastructure sectors in the UAE.

He holds two bachelor’s degree in Executive Business Administration and Mechanical Engineering. And he has attended various courses/conferences concerning sustainable construction, recycling and implementation of production lines. Continually driven to drive profitability, control costs, and improve processes.

Karam El Dewy
Sales and Technical Manager

With over 14 years of experience in the Sales & Marketing industry of construction and building materials. Karam is a dynamic Civil Engineering professional who has extensive experience in customer relations, visual merchandising, product knowledge and store operations.

Karam joined Al Dhafra Recycling Industries in August of 2015 as Area Sales Manager and has since expanded the clientele network of the company.

Among his significant previous positions were Area Sales Manager for Transgulf Ready Mix Concrete Company, Plant Manager at Gulf Readymix Concrete Company.

Karam holds a degree in B.Sc in Civil Engineering from Suez Canal University and has attended various courses/ conferences including NRMCA Ready Mix Concrete Plant Manager’s Middle East Certification Program, ACI certified course for Basic Concrete Technology and Related Practice & Four International Conference on Advances in Concrete Technology in the Middle East.
