Welcome to Al Dhafra Recycling Industries LLC. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of our website, services, and the purchase of our products. By accessing our website or engaging our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety.

1. DEFINITIONS

"ADRI," "We," "Us," "Our": Refers to Al Dhafra Recycling Industries LLC, a company operating in the Emirate of Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates.
"Client," "You," "Your": Refers to any individual, company, or entity using our website, purchasing our products, or engaging our services.
Website:Refers to the official online presence of Al Dhafra Recycling Industries.
Services: Refers to all services offered by ADRI, including but not limited to the processing of Construction and Demolition (C&D) materials, waste management consultancy, and mobile on-site waste management solutions.
Products: Refers to all materials sold by ADRI, primarily 100% Recycled Crushed Aggregates (RCA) and related recycled products.

2. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content on this Website, including text, graphics, logos, images, awards, certificates, and company documents, is the exclusive property of Al Dhafra Recycling Industries LLC or its partners and is protected by international copyright and trademark laws. The logos of our clients, partners, and accrediting bodies are the property of their respective owners and are used with permission or for identification purposes only. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution of any material is strictly prohibited.

3. PRODUCTS & SERVICES

3.1 Product Quality and Specifications

ADRI is committed to the highest standards of quality. Our products are manufactured in compliance with our Integrated Management System (IMS), which is certified to ISO 9001:2015 (Quality), ISO 14001:2015 (Environment), and ISO 45001:2018 (Health and Safety).

Our Recycled Crushed Aggregates are certified by the Abu Dhabi Quality & Conformity Council (QCC) and undergo rigorous independent testing by accredited laboratories.
Product specifications, including sieve analysis, CBR values, and chemical composition, are available upon request. All products are designed to meet or exceed the performance of virgin materials for their intended applications.
Clients are advised that certifications are subject to periodic audits and renewal. Please contact us to verify the current status of any certificate.

3.2. Quotations, Orders, and Availability

All quotations are provided based on current pricing and are valid for the period stated in the quotation document. All orders are subject to acceptance by ADRI and product availability. In accordance with Abu Dhabi Executive Council resolution (number 2008/373), construction projects may be mandated to use a minimum of 40% recycled material where available, which may influence supply.

3.3. Waste Material Acceptance

ADRI accepts only non-hazardous Construction and Demolition (C&D) materials for processing.

The Client warrants that any material sent to our facility is free from hazardous, toxic, and non-suitable materials.
ADRI reserves the right to inspect any incoming load and reject materials that do not conform to our acceptance criteria.
If hazardous materials are found, the load will be rejected and directed to a licensed landfill at the Client's expense. The Client shall indemnify ADRI against any and all costs, fines, or damages arising from the delivery of non-compliant materials.

4. CLIENT OBLIGATIONS

The Client agrees to:

Provide accurate and complete information regarding project requirements and site conditions.
Ensure that sites for mobile waste management services are accessible and prepared as per ADRI's requirements.
Comply with all applicable laws and regulations concerning waste disposal and material sourcing.

5. WARRANTIES & DISCLAIMER

ADRI warrants that its Products conform to the specifications provided in the relevant product documentation and test certificates at the time of sale. The information on our Website is provided for general informational purposes only.

EXCEPT AS EXPRESSLY STATED HEREIN, ADRI MAKES NO OTHER WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO ANY IMPLIED WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.

6. LIMITATION & LIABILITY

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Al Dhafra Recycling Industries LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, arising from your use of our Website, Services, or Products. ADRI's total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or our Products/Services is limited to the amount paid by the Client for the specific Product or Service giving rise to the claim.

7. INDEMNIFICATION

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Al Dhafra Recycling Industries LLC, its officers, directors, employees, and partners from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees and costs, arising out of or in any way connected with your breach of these Terms or your delivery of non-compliant waste materials.

8. GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION

These Terms and any dispute arising from them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Emirate of Abu Dhabi and the federal laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any legal action or proceeding shall be brought exclusively in the courts of Abu Dhabi.

9. AMENDMENTS TO TERMS

ADRI reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. We will notify users of any changes by posting the new Terms on our Website. Your continued use of the Website or our Services after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
